You can configure the app to point to your home or office security cameras to keep an eye on things. Or, you can browse your favorite places around the world in real time. GlobalVista is built to take advantage of the latest features of iOS 6. Use the action button to save a snapshot to your photos. You can also mail, message or share the snapshot on your favorite social network. GlobalVista is a video surveillance viewer app for iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad. You can view security cameras that are configured to deliver their video over an IP network. This viewer is currently compatible with cameras that support Motion-JPEG (MJPG) encoded video streams. Please note that cameras from different manufacturers have different configuration options and URL paths to get to the device video stream. Consult your camera's user manual for specifics. GlobalVista currently requires iOS 6 and access to a camera that provides MJPEG video streams. GlobalVista comes a with a portfolio of webcams from around the world to get you started.
